The space was newly renovated when I moved in, so there were a few things to figure out as the first tenant. Cátia was very available, always quickly responded to my questions, and provided assistance. She is also generally a very kind person, and I'm very glad to have met her :)

Our stay at Andrea's place in Prague was excellent. The location is perfect, with all necessary services nearby, including highly-rated cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, as well as metro and tram stops. It's a great starting point for trips to the city center or for a run on the nearby bike path. Andrea was an excellent host. Thank you for the opportunity to stay for one month. Daniel

The flat was perfect! WiFi was excellent, clean and wonderfully furnished. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook amazing meals at home. I enjoyed the patio as well and Goncalo and his family were a joy to work with. He made sure I had all I needed and was super prompt and very communicative and kind. Obrigada Goncalo.. I will be back.

The apartment was very comfortable and nice, and Atrium was very responsive. It is the perfect location, just outside the center of Brno and 4 tram lines, including one that goes to the train station. The only thing I would suggest is if you go to sleep early and are a light sleeper, it might be better to find somewhere else as the trams quiet down at 10 pm. Overall, I really enjoyed my time living abroad in Brno for three months and my time in the apartment - super cozy. I would stay here again if I came back with no hesitations.

paní majitelka je velmi příjemný a vstřícný člověk, perfektní lokalita pro sportovní aktivity či procházku v docházkové vzdálenosti, restaurace, obchody s potravinami hned u domu. Byt byl v naprostém pořádku a s bydlením jsme byli spokojeni. Doporučujeme si tento zajímavý byt pronajmout.

Flat was lovely, well equpied and in a good location. It was easy to gain access through Silke's friend who was very nice and gave us good recommendations for the local area. Only thing that was lacking really was that we could have used another pillow as there were only 2 and they were very small and firm! Great stay all in all.

Awesome experience! I had no idea where I was going when I booked this place and when I arrived I couldn't believe how perfect it was. Peace and quiet were on my agenda and I got it there. Absolutely breathtaking views! The home is updated and bright and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed. The cherry on the top was the owners. Luis and his mother, Angela, are incredibly sweet and genuine, and were beyond accommodating. And of course, Sasha, the family dog, became my best friend, or I became hers anyway. 😂 I felt like family. I cried when I left after a month. I will return one day for sure!

I had an amazing time renting long-term in this apartment. Guillaume was very easy to communicate with and would help with any problems I had during my stay.
The apartment is spacious and very comfortable, it was a perfect location for my first apartment and distance to my classes.
I would highly recommend this rental for a first time traveler to Krakow.
